WebStretch the stand to the width of the litho, then set both to coordinates x 0 y 0 and for the lito z to the 15mm. Know the litho should be exactly in the middle of the stand with no gaps. WebIt looks like your litho is losing adhesion. Double check your nozzle distance and consider glue stick to help stick the print down. Even with the brim, you don't have much surface area clinging to the build plate. It also looks like layers are delaminating on you mid print as well.
