WebSomeone logged into my account and changed my address and email. My account was suspended/locked and I submitted an Identity Verification Form to Delta (twice) and never heard back for six weeks. I got ahold of the agent last night, she said “OK you’re all set, we’ve unlocked the account just go change your password”.
