WebJul 10, 2024 · Another thing is that the Zweihander seems to scale better than the Claymore for me (49+ Zwei. 40+ Claymore). I also prefer to be able to stagger large enemies and Zwei does a better job at it than the Claymore (Obviously) Also, for an ultra greatsword, it swings fairly quick.

You won't chip against any enemies and it's fast enough to hit and run when needed. There's sunlight straight sword if you want a quality straight sword weapon. It's a little slower and 1 more weight but more powerful. There's also BSS that's the best of all straight swords. If you think the bastatd sword us better that's your opinion, but know that Claymore is widely considered one of the best standard weapons.
